Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.

• Negotiate salary packages and other benefits with selected candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
