Job Description

The Data Researcher is responsible for generating accurate and relevant data sets for Business Development purposes through web research and social media channels. The role requires managing databases, maintaining mailing lists, and supporting lead generation efforts in collaboration with the BD team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to analyze and structure data effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct web-based research to identify and compile accurate data sets for business development activities.
Create and maintain databases and directories of the target audience.
Manage mass mailing lists and coordinate with the BD team to optimize lead generation.
Maintain, update, and organize marketing collaterals and their versions.
Utilize various search engines, directories, and data applications such as Google, LinkedIn, Hoovers, Bloomberg, LeadIQ, and ZoomInfo to research and analyze data on target accounts.

Skills and Competencies

Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in using CRM tools such as HubSpot (preferred).
Ability to organize, structure, and manage large data sets efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exposure to dealing with international clientele via phone, email, and Teams is a plus.

Experience & Qualification

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in data research, lead generation, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with data research tools and HubSpot CRM platforms is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
