We're looking for a Manager, Marketing who can own and support end-to-end B2B marketing for Newton.. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who thinks in pipelines and leads, speaks fluently in content and creative, and knows how to make marketing's impact measurable. You'll work closely with the sales team, product team, and leadership to build a marketing engine that generates demand, supports revenue, and tells Newton's story at every touchpoint.
What You'll Own
Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
Plan and run LinkedIn campaigns (sponsored content, lead gen forms, thought leadership) with a focus on MQL and pipeline contribution
Own Newton's content calendar and editorial strategy across blog, social, and owned channels
Drive SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) ensuring Newton surfaces in AI-driven and traditional search results
Write and edit high-quality content including thought leadership articles, case studies, landing pages, and email sequences
Build sales collateral pitch decks, landing pages, one-pagers, battlecards, proposal templates, and case studies that help the team close faster
Manage Newton's LinkedIn presence and content strategy growing followers, engagement, and inbound interest
Partner with product on feature launches, positioning, and messaging
Develop GTM strategies for new products and market segments
Bring ideas to the table proactively - concepts, campaigns, hooks, narratives
What We're Looking For
47 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, adtech, or mobile marketing
Proven track record running LinkedIn campaigns
Strong understanding of SEO and growing familiarity with AEO and generative search optimization
Excellent writer - you can shift from a punchy LinkedIn post to a detailed case study without losing quality
Comfortable with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/MAP tools
Experience creating decks and sales collateral that people actually use
Global exposure you've worked with or marketed to audiences across regions, not just one market
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping quality
A creative instinct paired with an analytical mindset - you have ideas AND you measure them
Bonus Points
Experience in the Apple ecosystem (App Store, Apple Search Ads, ASO)
Familiarity with AI tools for content production, research, and optimization
