Role & responsibilities :
- Should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for IT positions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to find qualified candidates.
- Experience in C2H Positions, Full time positions and able to handle a team.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Able to evaluate candidate technical skills and cultural fit for the organization.
