Job Description: Client-Facing Onsite Technology Lead - Omnichannel Banking & UPI

Location: Onsite (Client Location, Delhi); Experience: 8+ Years; Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview: Java Technical Lead with 8 years of experience in Java specializing in omnichannel banking and UPI. Build banking applications, work onsite with clients to understand their needs, and deliver seamless solutions for a unified customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop web applications using Java (backend) and Angular (frontend).
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices for omnichannel banking and UPI payments.
• Work with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Ensure smooth customer experiences across mobile, web and other channels as applicable.
• Write clean, testable code and fix issues quickly.
• Join Agile team meetings and sprints.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (8+ preferred).
• Omnichannel Banking: Knowledge of integrating digital (mobile, web, UPI) and physical (branch, ATM) channels for seamless customer journeys.
• UPI: Experience with UPI payment systems, NPCI guidelines, and real-time transaction APIs.
• Strong skills in RESTful APIs, databases (Oracle or similar), and Git.
• Excellent client communication and requirement-gathering skills.
• Familiarity with Agile; DevOps or cloud (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
• Onsite client-facing experience in banking/fintech.
• Java or Angular certifications.
