Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java + Python Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java and Python
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Work with databases to design schemas and optimize queries
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Document technical designs and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Java and Python development
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, Data Structures
- Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework
- Good hands-on experience in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
- Experience in building REST APIs & microservices
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Knowledge of Git version control
- Understanding of Docker/containers
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
- Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ
- Exposure to Kubernetes
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit/PyTest)
- Understanding of system design & scalability
- Agile/Scrum experience
