Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in IT recruitment or human resources.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring processes and IT sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct thorough screenings and shortlisting candidates.
