Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert-level support for Order to Cash (O2C) processes within an ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve O2C process issues, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain documentation of O2C processes, procedures, and workflows within the ERP system.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in O2C operations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in ERP functional consulting or similar role.
• Strong understanding of order management, billing, cash applications, collections processes in an ERP environment.
• Experience with implementing or supporting Order to Cash modules within an ERP system.
