Role Overview

We are looking for a recent graduate who is enthusiastic about starting a career in Sales / Business Development. The Lead Generation Intern will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and assisting in outreach activities through email and LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for graduates who want hands-on experience in B2B sales and SaaS lead generation, similar to the structured pipeline work you handle in your current BD role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads from target industries (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices)
  • Generate leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research
  • Maintain and update prospect databases in Excel or CRM
  • Support outbound outreach through emails and LinkedIn messaging
  • Qualify leads based on company size, role, and industry relevance
  • Schedule introductory calls or demos for the sales team
  • Track daily lead generation activities and performance
  • Assist the Business Development team with market research

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

  • Must be a graduate (Bachelors degree completed)
  • Strong interest in Sales, Business Development.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (optional but recommended)

  • Leads generated per day/week
  • Qualified leads submitted
  • Meetings scheduled for the sales team
  • Data accuracy and CRM updates

Note: Based on the 3 months internship performance candidates will be converted to full time.
