Role Overview -
As a Consumer Excellence Intern, you will support the team in ensuring a smooth and high-quality resident experience by working across data management, internal coordination, and customer interactions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling both backend operations and calling-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities -
Ticket service requests, complaints, and resolution status
Maintain and update resident/customer data across internal systems
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of data
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, support, etc.) to ensure issue resolution
Follow up on pending tasks and maintain turnaround timelines
Assist in process tracking and reporting
Make outbound calls to residents/customers for feedback, issue resolution, and follow-ups
Handle basic queries and escalate complex concerns appropriately
Maintain a professional and empathetic communication approach
Job Requirements-
Eligibility -
Graduate / pursuing graduation in any discipline
Available for a full-time internship Skills - Strong communication skills (English required; local language is a plus)
Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
Good data handling and basic Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
