Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior staff and clients to define work requirements and review email communications for document collection.
  
• Execute data on-boarding processes in an organised and timely manner to ensure accuracy.
  
• Conduct research across various websites to retrieve necessary documentation.
  
• Deliver high-quality project results that contribute directly to client success.
  
• Manage tasks with a focus on project management and organisational efficiency.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Must hold an MBA in Finance.
  
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience.
  
• Communication: Fluent in both written and verbal English.
  
• Industry Knowledge: Interest in financial technology and financial services , with a preference for those familiar with Private Equity and Hedge Fund terminology.
  
• Availability: Willingness to work 100% from the office (5 days a week) , with flexibility for weekend, holiday, and global (APAC/US) shifts.
  
• Attributes: Highly organized with a desire to work in a fast-growing, client-facing environment.
