Strategic Sourcing Professional @ GEP

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize indirect spend across the organization.
• Manage end-to-end source-to-contract process, including RFQ/RFP/RFI creation, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform strategic sourcing decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in global procurement or strategic sourcing within IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of e-sourcing tools such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer etc. .
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
