Job Description
Position: Account Executive Manufacturing Plant
Location: Tema, Ghana
Department: Finance & Accounts
We are hiring an experienced Account Executive for a manufacturing plant operation. The candidate should have strong exposure to accounting, finance operations, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance within a manufacturing setup
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial transactions
- Managing vendor payments, reconciliations, and receivables
- Coordinating inventory accounting and cost analysis with production/stores team
- Preparing bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and MIS reports
- Supporting statutory compliances including VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.
- Assisting in audits and ensuring adherence to accounting standards
- Preparing trial balance, P&L schedules, and balance sheet reports
Desired Candidate Profile:
- CA Inter Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong exposure to Accounts & Finance operations
- Experience in inventory accounting and cost accounting preferred
- Hands-on experience on ERP/Tally/SAP or similar accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and statutory compliances
- Strong analytical and communication skills
