• Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably in contract staffing.
• Solid understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and industry hiring trends.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal ATS platforms.
• Ability to juggle multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
