Key Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with PLC systems from:
• Siemens
• Mitsubishi Electric
• Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley)
• Expertise in welding robot troubleshooting and maintenance:
• CLOOS
• FANUC
• ABB
• Experience with CNC controllers:
• FANUC 31i
• Siemens 840D SL
• Strong understanding of:
• Electrical schematics
• HMIs
• Servo drives
• Control systems
• Industrial automation documentation
• Diagnose and resolve faults in PLC-controlled systems to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of automation equipment.
• Modify PLC logic and parameters to support process improvements.
• Troubleshoot welding robots and support program backup/restoration.
• Analyze electrical, controller, sensor, and communication network issues.
• Resolve CNC controller, drive, axis, and feedback-related faults.
• Manage CNC parameters, alarms, and system recovery.
