Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Human Resources to lead and support key HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in organizational development, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and HR operations while driving a high-performance culture across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach employees, managers, and HR team members on career development, learning opportunities, and performance growth
- Identify and implement HR process improvements and best practices
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, reporting, and governance requirements
- Conduct market analysis for compensation and benefits programs
- Maintain HR databases, systems, records, and documentation
- Support execution of HR programs, change initiatives, and employee engagement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive people operations initiatives
- Promote and strengthen company culture across departments
- Generate HR metrics, dashboards, and analytical reports
- Handle special HR projects and escalated employee situations effectively
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of HR management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification/designation preferred
- Experience managing and leading HR teams
- Prior exposure to BPO or customer service industry is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling complex employee relations and escalations
- Passion for people development and employee success
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
