Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Human Resources to lead and support key HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in organizational development, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and HR operations while driving a high-performance culture across teams.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coach employees, managers, and HR team members on career development, learning opportunities, and performance growth
  • Identify and implement HR process improvements and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations, reporting, and governance requirements
  • Conduct market analysis for compensation and benefits programs
  • Maintain HR databases, systems, records, and documentation
  • Support execution of HR programs, change initiatives, and employee engagement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive people operations initiatives
  • Promote and strengthen company culture across departments
  • Generate HR metrics, dashboards, and analytical reports
  • Handle special HR projects and escalated employee situations effectively
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of HR management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification/designation preferred
  • Experience managing and leading HR teams
  • Prior exposure to BPO or customer service industry is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience handling complex employee relations and escalations
  • Passion for people development and employee success
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
