Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Pega applications to meet specified requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices in Pega architecture and application development.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Pega applications for performance.
• Maintain and upgrade Pega applications as necessary to ensure peak performance.
  Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Pega Developer.
• Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC architecture and its components.
• Familiarity with Java, J2EE, XML, and web services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
