Job Title : Test Lead/Manager
Job Description :
The role of Test Lead/manager is to plan, coordinate and control various test activities with the help of a team. The test lead/manager will be required to manage each testing phase for the project and manage stakeholders for the given process.
Responsibilities :
- Stakeholder management as this is a Business facing role
- Prepare detailed test approach for different test phases
- Understand E2E HR business processes and translate the functional and non-functional requirements into test Cases and steps.
- Design and Develop test scenarios and test scripts for Unit testing, component integration testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Manage test phases with Payroll business testers at a global level
- Manage various test preparation activities like leading Kick-off calls, test scenario review, tester demand and identification etc.
Requirements :
- B.E./B.Tech or equivalent.
- Working experience as software test lead for around 8-9 years.
- Working experience on Resource estimation, Requirement Analysis, Test planning, Test scenario Design, Test Execution and Defect reporting.
- Good expertise in testing HCM solutions mainly on SAP Payroll/Compensation/Time area is a must
- Experience in various modules in Workday and how they are linked to Payroll is an added advantage
- Experience in leading the testing of SAAS Based solutions.
- Working experience in ALM/HPQC is required.
- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing.
- Able to work under minimal supervision; self-directed.
