English communication, Two Wheeler Driving, Laptop Skills Highly Preferred.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle Walkin Facilities : arrange the entire "Walk-In Drive" lifecycle to ensure a smooth candidate experience and efficient hiring for clients
- Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Proactively identify, target, and generate new corporate clients across various industries and regions.
- Execute strategic outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn messaging, and networking) to connect with decision-makers, CHROs, and hiring managers.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source qualitative profiles from job portals (Naukri, TimesJobs, Monster), social media, and the internal database.
- Preliminary Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical fit, qualifications, and alignment with client requirements.
- End-to-End Coordination: Schedule interview rounds, coordinate between the candidate and the hiring panel, and manage the feedback loop.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand specific staffing needs from clients and hiring managers to develop accurate job description strategies.
- Offer & Negotiation: Act as a mediator for salary negotiations and follow up with candidates from the first interview until their actual joining date.
- Administrative Reporting: Maintain detailed MIS reports, including daily call sheets, interview status, and offer details.
- Brand Representation: Represent the consultancy at hiring events, campus interviews, and walk-in drives.
Preferred candidate profile
SDP HR Solution often looks for "smart, confident, and energetic" professionals who can handle high-volume recruitment.
- Educational Background:
- Graduates or Post-Graduates (MBA-HR, M.Com, BBA, B.Com, or even BE/MCA for technical roles).
- Experience Level:
- Freshers: Open to entry-level candidates for trainee or junior roles (03 years).
- Experienced: Candidates with a background in hiring / recruitment for Manufacturing, Sales, or IT/BPO sectors are highly preferred. 2+ yearsexperiece most preferred.
- Key Skills:
- Communication: Fluency in English and strong verbal/non-verbal communication skills are critical.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting) and familiarity with job portals.
- Soft Skills: High passion, positive attitude, excellent time management, and a systematic approach to multitasking.
