• End-to-end recruitment process handling
• Sourcing candidates from job portals, references, and databases
• Screening and shortlisting profiles based on requirements
• Posting job requirements on portals

Who Can Apply

• Freshers (2024, 2025, 2026 pass-outs) with strong communication skills
• Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in:
• HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support
• Consultancy / Staffing / Placement roles

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Confidence in handling calls and candidates
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, portals)

Salary Package

Freshers: 13,000 + Incentives
Experienced: 15,000 - 25,000 + Incentives
