Job Description
Zensar is hiring experienced Senior Business Consultants across multiple treasury, risk, reconciliation, actuarial, and trading systems. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong domain expertise + product implementation experience in financial systems.

1. Treasury & Risk Management (Quantum / Integrity)
Role: Senior Business Consultant Treasury & Risk
Key Products: FIS Quantum, FIS Integrity
Competitor Tools: Kyriba, Murex, Calypso, Finastra, ION, Gtreasury, SAP Treasury
Skill Requirements:
- Experience in Treasury consulting / TMS implementation
- Strong understanding of Corporate Treasury operations
- Knowledge of:
- Cash & Liquidity Management
- Risk & Hedging
- Financial instruments: FX, MM, IRS, FRA, Bonds
- Understanding of accounting practices & financial processes
- For Integrity:
- Knowledge of enterprise TMS covering cash, liquidity, debt, investments, hedging, compliance
2. Reconciliation Systems (Intellimatch)
Role: Senior Business Consultant Intellimatch
Key Products: FIS Intellimatch
Competitor Tools: Trintech (Adra, Frontier), ReconArt
Skill Requirements:
- Experience in automated reconciliation processes
- Reconciliation types:
- Cash, Position, Trade, P&L
- Handling reconciliations between:
- Internal systems & external counterparts (banks, custodians, brokers)
- Strong knowledge of exception handling & investigation workflows
3. Actuarial & Risk Modeling (Prophet)
Role: Senior Business Consultant Prophet
Key Products: FIS Prophet
Competitor Tools: Moodys AXIS, Milliman Integrate, WTW RiskAgility
Skill Requirements:
- Experience in Actuarial Modeling
- Strong expertise in:
- Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical)
- Knowledge of:
- IFRS17, Solvency II regulations
- Experience with modelling libraries integration
- Actuarial background (Life / Non-Life preferred)
4. Trading & Compliance Systems (Protegent)
Role: Senior Business Consultant Trading & Asset Servicing
Key Products: FIS Protegent
Competitor Tools: RSA Archer, Thomson Reuters Accelus, SAP Risk, AuditBoard
Skill Requirements:
- Experience in trade compliance / surveillance systems
- Knowledge of risk & compliance frameworks
- IT Business Analyst profile with capital markets exposure is also suitable
