Job Description
Title: Senior Executive Talent Acquisition
Location: Noida, India
Role Overview
The TAG Senior Executive will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing hiring requirements with a focus on bulk hiring, IT recruitment, and talent acquisition operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions
- Handle bulk hiring and lateral hiring mandates across functions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards
Sourcing & Head Hunting
- Identify and engage potential candidates through active sourcing and headhunting techniques
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate communication and role fit
- Support IT recruitment hiring requirements whenever required
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment status reports
- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interview panels
Candidate Experience & Process Management
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring records
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and timelines
- Support employer branding and campus engagement activities when required
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring strategies and sourcing initiatives
- Share market insights and sourcing best practices with the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Exposure to bulk hiring, sourcing, IT recruitment, or lateral hiring preferred
- MBA and B.Tech candidates preferred; non-technical graduates can also apply
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good stakeholder coordination and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
