Description:

1. Listing & updation of apartment inventory on various retail listing platforms
2. Ensure all leads are accurately updated and maintained in the CRM
3. Calling on all leads & rigorous follow-ups with Non-contacted and Open leads
4. Converting Leads into site vists
5. Co-ordination with site teams in Mumbai & Pune to ensure a seemless visit experience for the tenants
6. Conduct post-visit audit with tenant and co-ordination with Closing team for transaction closure
7. Support to post-possession team in vendor co-ordination, rental reminders and follow ups.

Skills:

Some one with basic understanding of real estate  and ability to handle in-bound enquiries across different categories like mass housing, mid-scale and luxury along with ability to use the CRM systems
