Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international customer interactions via voice and chat channels Address customer queries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and professionalism Provide timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction Document all customer interactions in accordance with company standards Adhere to defined processes, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Graduate (2024 or 2025 pass-out) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Basic computer proficiency and typing skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Work Details:
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week
Transport: Cab facility provided
