Job Description

sales & retention strategy guidelines and help build our strength in the marketplace by

influencing strategic sales, solution development, relation management, retention,

marketing, and more. 

Role & Responsibilities 

In this highly Visible role the candidate will report to the Area Relationship Manager of

the Group and will be mapped to Areas within the city.

 

->Be the Key Relationship Manager to the area/Societies/Customer

->Drive strategy and execution for Sales, Marketing, Retention & winback in the

designated area

- >Drive order growth by driving Sales, Marketing, Retention & Winback

-> Solve issues and complaints of the customers/Society

-> Work closely with the operations/delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction


 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Interest in business development, Sales.
  • Demonstrated experience, commitment, and passion regarding the potential of

business development to solve business challenges and deliver business value.

  • Understanding of competitive and partner landscape.
  • Developed point of view on business potential and limits in the marketplace.
  • Get involved in the community focused launch plan of companys services.
  • Visibility and contacts in the community management, apartment association.
  • Good communication skills and command on Regional Language is must and Hindi

would be an added advantage Role & responsibilities
