We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to conduct engaging process and Department training for employees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving employee performance through structured training programs, content customization, and close coordination with operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver structured training programs covering process knowledge and soft skills for both new hires and existing employees.
- Skill & Process Enhancement: Guide and contribute towards initiatives for improving employee skills and operational processes through targeted training.
- Training Calendar Management: Prepare, update, and share weekly and monthly training calendars in coordination with the operations team.
- Training Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all training activities, including attendance, feedback, and assessments.
- Content Customization: Customize training content and materials to address regional or location-specific needs.
- On-the-Job Training (OJT): Monitor employee performance on the floor post-training; provide coaching and support to reinforce learning.
- Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate all assigned training activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Asset Management: Maintain and manage training assets, tools, and materials assigned for training purposes.
- Operational Alignment: Plan and execute training programs (for both new joiners and refreshers) in complete alignment with operations to ensure business continuity and performance improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of training techniques, adult learning principles, and assessment methods.
- Ability to coordinate multiple training sessions and manage training logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
