Job Description

Position: HR Executive - Recruitment

Location: Bangalore - Nelamangala (Dasanapura) or Ittamadu

Required Education and Experience: Any UG/PG Graduates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hiring.

Preferred: Candidates with proven experience in white collar job hiring will be preferred.

Job Role:

- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

- Source suitable candidates through various platform from vendors, database, head-hunting, employee references and social media etc.

- Keeping up to date on current hiring, providing recruitment reports to a reporting manager.

- Knowing tracking mechanism in end-to-end recruitment and maintaining excel sheet of employees.

- Experience in developing recruiting strategy & specialist in hiring sales executives.
