Keep training content sharp, updated & relevant
Plan calendars aligned with ops for new hires & refreshers
Mentor regional trainers with passion & purpose
Evaluate effectiveness with smart training metrics
Manage training tools & tech assets like a pro
Travel across local stores to deliver best-in-class training
Lead with innovation, energy & ideas!

Youre a Perfect Fit If You Have:
14 yrs of experience in Training Management
Expertise in behavioral training & full training lifecycle
Strong communication, mentoring & Excel skills
L&D mindset with the drive to coach & inspire
Degree in any field (Regular)
