Job Description

Job Title: Store Supervisor BigBasket (A Tata Enterprise)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GRN (Goods
Receipt Note), inbound and outbound processes, and hands-on experience in cycle counting and inventory control.

The role requires a clear understanding of shrinkage and its components (damage, expiry, pilferage, process loss) and the ability to monitor and minimize losses. Candidates should in MS Excel for maintaining reports, tracking inventory, and analyzing data.

The Store Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, adherence to SOPs, stock accuracy, and coordination with the operations team to maintain service quality and compliance.
