Key Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end recruitment processes
Managing onboarding and employee documentation
Supporting employee engagement activities
Assisting with attendance, leave management & HR operations
Coordinating with different departments for HR-related support
Maintaining employee records and HR MIS
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist/Recruitment role
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of HR policies and processes
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
