Role & responsibilities
Concept Development: Research & brainstorm to conceptualize new product ideas that meet market trends and consumer needs.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and forecast homecare trends.
Formulation and Testing: Work closely with R& D team of external suppliers to develop product formulations. Oversee testing for efficacy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Packaging and Design: Partner with packaging specialist and negotiate for best options available or create some new innovative ideas in product packaging. Benchmark packing cost of existing or new products and negotiate with the supplier along with packaging specialist.
Supplier and Vendor Relations: Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality ingredients, materials, and production standards. The candidate needs to have a great understanding of the supplier base and onboard best of the partners in
