TCS Hiring for Blue Prism Developer
Role: Blue Prism Senior Developer
Location: Hyderabad, Chennai
Experience: 7 - 12 years
Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) (B. Tech preferred)
- Blue Prism Certification (Good to have).
Job Role
In this role, associates will design, develop, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Blue Prism RPA development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience in process analysis and optimization.
- Knowledge of SQL and integration with databases.
- Problem-solving skills to debug and optimize automation workflows.
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and explain technical concepts.
- Experience with other RPA tools or programming languages is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements.
- Create and maintain process documentation and solution design documents.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of automated processes.
- Monitor and maintain existing RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Implement best practices for RPA development and deployment.
- Provide support and training to end-users on automated processes.
- Performing Proof of Concepts for feasibility analysis for the proposed automated solution.
- Working with the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out along with Fixing bugs during UAT.
- Follow code adherence like proper commenting, adherence to design, nomenclature & security practices.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure compliance with security and infrastructure standards.
