Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process IT Purchase bills ,bill entry and follow-up approval steps .
Follow-up bill payment process ( Payment entry, audit, accounts)
Material creation request ,PR ,PO ,GRN SRN creation and modification in SAP MM
Maintain IT related billing , ensuring timely payments by monitoring due dates and update payment status .

Preferred candidate profile Candidate must have the prior experience of procurement of IT Products and he or she must be knowing PO creation in SAP MM , purchase bill and payment entry .
