Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in office administration, travel management, vendor management, procurement, and international event coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Timing: UK Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
  • Manage vendor coordination and vendor relationships, including negotiations and renewals
  • Oversee procurement activities, including office supplies, IT assets, and services
  • Coordinate and support international events, meetings, and conferences
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative processes
  • Support leadership with coordination, scheduling, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 10 years of experience in Office Administration or a similar role
  • Strong experience in travel management, vendor management, and procurement
  • Hands-on experience in international event management and coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
