Role 1: International Customer Service Associate - Permanent - Work from Office 5 Days
Role 2: Virtual Customer Support - Contractual - Complete remote.
Experience: 0-5 years
Education: 10+ 2 mandatory
CTC: 2,71,350.00 - 4,56,750.00 (based on relevant past experience)
Shifts: 24*7 ( 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirement)
Additional Benefits:
- Zeta Meal Card - INR 1100/month i.e. INR 13200/- PA

Interview process: All rounds to be done in Amazon Pune office.
Basic Qualifications & Requirement
- Candidates who have applied in last 3 months and are pursuing a Regular Course are not applicable.
- Night Shift is mandatory as the team works 24x7.
- To complete the online assessment desktop or Laptop with webcam and headphone is mandatory.
- Test is not compatible on mobile phone.
- Post receiving the link the assessment has to be completed within 24 hrs.
- It is mandatory to have excellent English communication skill to be eligible for this voice role.

- Should ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity during working shift so as to ensure maximum productivity
- Should ensure 'Work-like' environment with no disturbance during the work hours.
- The ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
