Troubleshooting in live production
Change implementation (including weekends)
Linux platform expertise
Exact tool match not mandatory strong messaging background acceptable.

Ansible / Python exposure
Banking / Financial Services domain
Relevant certifications
Screening Criteria
10 technical questions (shared with vendors)
Minimum 7 8 correct answers required before panel interview
Shift & Support
GK Shift (12 9 PM / 1 10 PM)
Rotational (1 week in 4 weeks)
Weekend support rotational (~1 in 6 weeks)
24/7 support environment
