Lead Power Platform Developer @ Sonata Software

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand their needs.
- Create and maintain solutions that improve operational efficiency and business processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including testing and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignments and expectations.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integrations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and C#.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data connectors.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team of developers.
- Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
