Job Description
- Leadand manage the AI team within the global AI practice.
- Workclosely with data scientists and AI engineers to create and deploy modelscatering to customer requirements.
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analysis, modeldevelopment, validation, deployment, serving and monitoring.
- Work closely with dataengineering practice to build and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines including dataprocessing, model training and model deployment.
- Ability to build and deploy large scale enterprise ready solutions for AI.
- Ownand deliver end to end large, complex projects within the AI practice.
- Support sales and BD process and present to CXO level client representatives
- Workwith clients to identify new AI opportunities.
- Prepare together with Sales, Solutioning and Engineering team to develop and proposecutting edge AI solutions.
- Contribute to building AI proposals, attending Orals, and providing easy tounderstand communications on AI.
- Ability to manage Client Relationships
- Cooperate and contribute to Global AI programs.
- Reviews proposed designs and make recommendations on improvement.
- Contribute to and promote good software engineering practices across the team, Knowledge sharing withthe team to adopt best practices,
- Actively contribute toand re-use community best practices.
