Job Description
The Replenishment Planning Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution of replenishment activities across our dark store network. This role focuses on performing critical planning tasks, ensuring the seamless flow of inventory to maintain high product availability, and safeguarding the accuracy of system data. The executive will coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline replenishment operations and support the monitoring of key supply chain performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execution of Daily Replenishment Cycle
- Execute daily replenishment calculations, generate precise purchase orders for the dark store network, and ensure timely communication and dispatch of these orders to suppliers.
- Proactively manage inventory levels to ensure high in-stock availability while optimizing inventory holding costs.
2. Pre-Planning and Stakeholder Coordination
- Formalize and validate critical inputs for the planning, including sales forecasts, inventory levels, and promotional calendars.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate data exchange necessary for effective replenishment planning.
- Reporting the planning data into required systems.
3. System Management and Data Accuracy
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of master data (e.g., min/max stock levels, lead times, safety stock settings) within the replenishment planning system.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the planning process the reliable information.
4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to replenishment, such as in-stock availability, forecast accuracy, and inventory health.
- Support the preparation of performance analysis reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement in the supply chain.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, or any related field. Engineering degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), and experience with reporting tools and database systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in e-commerce, retail, or logistics industries, particularly in an operations or supply chain role.
- Familiarity with tools like SQL, Power BI, or other reporting dashboards.
Working Hours:
- 9 Hours & 6 days a week (Week off will be given on rotational basis)
