Provide end-to-end administrative and personal support to the Founder/CEO
Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules efficiently
Coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and confidential documents
Manage personal tasks such as bill payments, personal appointments, event planning, and errands when required
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders for smooth communication
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information
Organize meetings, events, and business engagements
Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution of action items
Provide on-ground and remote support as needed
