Role & Responsibilities


  • Provide end-to-end administrative and personal support to the Founder/CEO
  • Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules efficiently
  • Coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements
  • Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and confidential documents
  • Manage personal tasks such as bill payments, personal appointments, event planning, and errands when required
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders for smooth communication
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information
  • Organize meetings, events, and business engagements
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution of action items
  • Provide on-ground and remote support as needed
