The Senior Marketing Designer is a crucial part of the team, responsible for designing long-format digital assets for B2B tech marketers such as pitch decks (Google Slides & PPTX), 1-page executive summaries, explainers, ebooks and potentially some promotional assets like digital banners, emailers, social media posts etc. You will join our high-performance, outcome-oriented team; where transparency, integrity, agility and hands-on job ownership are valued above all else.
Key Responsibilities:
Design digital assets including pitch decks (Google Slides & PPTX), 1-page summaries (PDF), and potentially some explainer videos, ebooks, social media creatives, visual support for blogs and articles, logos, presentations etc. for external use. This includes
Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
Understanding the brief from commercial strategy and marketing teams (internal stakeholder) and providing design solutions
Creating design options for review by internal stakeholder
Explaining design concepts and ideas and convincing internal stakeholders
Creating exciting and high impact visual assets and delivering within agreed deadlines
Review and approve design developed by design contractors (if needed), ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
Finalizing designs and adapting as per requirement across multiple promotion channels
Assist with global design/brand team for implementation of global design projects
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
Coordinating with marketing stakeholders for adapting legacy creatives when required
Deliver finalized design assets to other internal teams for HTML, animation, and website implementation
Innovation & Continuous improvement: Constantly looking at pushing the boundaries and providing innovative creative solutions that would improve engagement with readers.
Job Qualifications:
Preferred 7+ years in commercial design preferably with a marketing or creative agency
Excellent understanding of colors, layout, typeface, fonts, illustrations etc.
Good understanding of latest digital marketing trends, and user-centered design methodologies
Excellent relationship management skills and an ability to communicate
Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, and manage tradeoffs effectively
Experience building sales collateral in the B2B Technology sector will be preferred
Bachelor s degree preferred but not necessary
Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Google Slides and PowerPoint
