Job Description

Job Title: Test Lead - Perform both manual and automation testing to ensure product quality - Translate business requirements into effective test scenarios and test cases - Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business teams, and developers - Design, execute, and maintain test plans and automation frameworks - Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution - Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective QA processes and validation - Support continuous improvement in testing practices and delivery standards

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in manual and automation testing
• Ability to understand and analyze business requirements
• Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
