The Practice- A Brief Sketch:
The Technology Strategy Advisory Practice is a part of and focuses on the clientsmost strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative RD transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.
As part of this high performing team, you will work on the scaling AIand the data that fuels it allto power every single person and every single process. You will part of our global team of experts who work on the right scalable solutions and services that help clients achieve your business objectives faster.
- Business Transformation:Assessment of AI potential and development of use cases that can transform business.
- Proof of Concepts:Help design POCs and high-level solutions using AI or Gen AI analytics solutions to derive insights from data.
- Formulation of Guiding Principles and Components:Assessing impact to clients technology landscape/ architecture and ensuring formulation of relevant guiding principles and platform components. Created Architecture blueprint
- Product and Frameworks:Evaluate existing AI Gen AI products and frameworks available and develop options for proposed solutions. Understands cloud data management framework as well

Architecture Strategy
- Design enterprise-wide Agentic AI architectures covering the data foundation layer, semantic/ontology layer, context orchestration, agent coordination, and security/governance
- Define reference architecture for multi-agent orchestration, tool-use frameworks, memory and state management, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Architect the data supply chain for agentic systems from ingestion through knowledge graphs to real-time context delivery
- Assess client environments for Agentic AI readiness, identify gaps, and build practical transformation roadmaps
Hands-On Technical Delivery
- Build MVPs and prototypes using vibe coding tools (Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit) to validate concepts and demonstrate value rapidly
- Provide deep guidance on LLM/SLM selection, RAG architectures, fine-tuning strategies, vector databases, embedding models, and prompt engineering
- Architect solutions on cloud AI platforms (Google Vertex AI/Gemini, Azure AI/OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude) with real understanding of their agentic capabilities and limitations
- Design Responsible AI frameworks for agentic systems decision boundaries, accountability chains, bias mitigation, and data provenance
Client Engagement
- Engage stakeholders from Technical Architects to CxOs define problem statements, scope engagements, and drive measurable value delivery
- Conduct discovery workshops and architecture design sessions to identify Agentic AI opportunities and co-design target-state architectures
- Build quantified business cases and use-case-driven value realization frameworks for AI transformations
- Create compelling architecture blueprints, strategy decks, and presentations for C-Level audiences
Practice Building
- Codify your methods, frameworks, and approaches into scalable assets so the capability can be replicated
- Create differentiated offerings, accelerators, and demo prototypes for the market
- Mentor team members to develop the hybrid strategist-architect skillset
- Manage engagement budgets, forecasting, and financial proposals

- Security architecture for agentic systems prompt injection defense, agent sandboxing, credential management, audit logging
- Experience creating new consulting offers, reusable accelerators, and practice-building IP
- Track record of codifying personal expertise into scalable playbooks and training
- Cloud AI Practitioner Certifications (Azure, AWS, Google) desirable but not essential

Qualification
Your experience counts!
- 15+ years of combined experience across strategy consulting, enterprise architecture, and/or AI delivery
- 5+ years designing and piloting end-to-end Enterprise AI / Gen AI solutions with architecture ownership
- Deep hands-on expertise in Agentic AI architecture:multi-agent orchestration, tool-use frameworks, context management, memory/state, guardrails
- Strong understanding of semantic layers, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and their role in context-aware agentic systems
- Enterprise Architecture knowledge (TOGAF or equivalent) with ability to connect AI architecture to the broader enterprise landscape
- Deep knowledge of LLMs and SLMs internals, token economics, fine-tuning vs. RAG trade-offs, embeddings, vector databases
- Data management frameworks expertise (DCAM, DAMA) Data Quality, Catalog, Governance,
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, Azure AI, Bedrock, Claude) including their agentic capabilities and real-world limitations
- Responsible AI and governance frameworks for autonomous/agentic systems
- Proven ability to hold credible CxO-level conversations on AI strategy and architecture
- Architecture design skills to create L1 to L3 levels of Architectures supporting multiple architecture viewpoints ( should be expert of tools like draw.io, Visio or Lucid Chart).
