Salesforce Service Cloud Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst
Role Summary
The Salesforce Service Cloud Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into well-defined user stories, driving backlog management, and ensuring effective implementation of Service Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Engage with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and priorities.
Drive alignment between business intent and technical execution across delivery teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirement Gathering & Design
Lead requirement discovery workshops and design discussions.
Analyse business needs and translate them into clear, structured, and actionable user stories.
Define detailed acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are testable and meet business expectations.
Backlog & Agile Ownership
Own and manage the product backlog, including creation, grooming, prioritisation, and refinement.
Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and support sprint execution.
Ensure backlog items are aligned with business priorities and delivery timelines.
Salesforce Service Cloud Expertise
Provide functional leadership on Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including:
Case Management
Knowledge Management
Omnichannel Routing
Service Console
Agent Productivity Solutions
Support admin and configuration activities to ensure optimal platform usage.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure best-practice Service Cloud implementations.
Collaboration & Communication
Work as a strong team player across cross-functional teams including business, technology, QA, and operations.
Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) with stakeholders at all levels.
Support UAT, clarifications, and business sign-off processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Stakeholder Management and business-facing roles.
Proven expertise in Requirement Gathering, Analysis, and Solution Design.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud functional capabilities.
Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
Ability to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience driving alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong collaboration mindset and team-player attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in large enterprise or client-facing delivery environments.
