Job Description: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java & React )
Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Developer with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of developing, maintaining, and modernizing robust web and cross-platform mobile applications. You will balance building highly responsive, intuitive user interfaces with architecting scalable, high-performance backend services and optimized database solutions, ensuring total adherence to enterprise best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Design and develop dynamic, responsive web applications using ReactJS.
- Create reusable, modular UI components and implement efficient architecture-level state management.
- Ensure strict compliance with security best practices, and accessibility standards.
Backend & Database Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend services using Java and Spring / Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain secure RESTful APIs consumed by web and mobile platforms.
- Implement robust application security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection protocols.
- Develop, optimize, and manage database interactions, schema design, and data layers utilizing Oracle Database.
- Write highly efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform performance tuning, connection pooling, and transaction management on Oracle.
Integration, Quality & Operations
- Seamlessly integrate frontend and mobile applications with backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Maintain exceptional code quality across the entire stack by writing automated unit and integration testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support and refine CI/CD pipelines, containerization efforts, and deployments.
- Actively participate in Agile workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, technical spikes, and sprint reviews.
Required Skills and Experience
Frontend
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS development.
- Strong core proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/cross-browser design.
- Production experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- In-depth knowledge of native mobile app deployment pipelines on iOS and Android.
Backend & Database Stack
- 7 to 10 years of deep technical expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Databasespecifically SQL query optimization, indexing, PL/SQL, partitioning, and sequences.
- Deep understanding of ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or Spring Data JPA, alongside standard JDBC connectivity.
- Practical experience implementing standard authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT).
Tools, DevOps & Methodology
- Proficiency with build tools like Gradle and Groovy.
- Experience with version control repositories (Git / Bitbucket).
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); knowledge of AWS cloud services is a major plus.
- Well-versed in CI/CD pipelines, automated UI testing, Unit Testing, and standard Agile methodologies.

- Expert capability in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software issues across an end-to-end stack.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively across distributed cross-functional teams
