Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Banker to join our team in Madurai Main. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management and consumer banking.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.


• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.


• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.


• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.


• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.


• Build and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and preferences.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal banking or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
