We are hiring AR Callers for our US Healthcare RCM division. This role involves interacting with insurance companies in the US to follow up on medical claims and ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start a career in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US insurance providers regarding pending claims
- Understand denial reasons and take appropriate action
- Update systems with accurate notes and claim status
- Work closely with the internal team to resolve claim-related issues
- Maintain daily productivity and quality targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers are eligible
- Any graduate / undergraduate can apply
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts/Day Shift
- Basic computer knowledge
Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication
- Active listening skills
- Basic analytical ability
- Willingness to learn the US healthcare process
