Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Motor Insurance Retail Operations

• Manage end-to-end backend processes for motor insurance policies including issuance, endorsements, and renewals
• Ensure timely and accurate policy processing

Coordination with Insurance Companies

• Act as a bridge between internal teams and insurance companies
• Coordinate for quotations, approvals, documentation, and discrepancy resolution
• Ensure quick turnaround time for insurer-related tasks

Escalation Management

• Handle escalations related to policy issuance, servicing delays, and customer/partner concerns
• Follow up with insurance companies for timely closure
• Maintain escalation trackers and meet defined TATs

Customer & Partner Support

• Provide backend support to sales teams, POS agents, and channel partners
• Resolve complex queries related to motor insurance

Process & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance (Retail) processes
• Experience in backend operations in insurance/broking
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and escalations
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
