Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Functional Test Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. You will be part of the quality assurance efforts for complex Telecom OSS and Network systems by blending QE certification with modern AI tools. You will design and execute scalable testing strategies that ensure our critical infrastructure remains resilient and high performing.

- Focus on Test Design, Execution and best practices
- Generate test scenarios from feature definitions and acceptance criteria
- Research and implement AI-driven testing techniques, such as:
- Design test case scenarios
- Intelligent defect analysis
- Test Design & Strategy
- Write detailed manual test cases to ensure full coverage
- End-to-End Validation
- Manage end-to-end testing call-flow covering:
- Functional Testing
- Non-Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Telecom OSS / Network Testing
- Validate complex workflows within Operations Support Systems (OSS)
- Perform network-level integration testing to maintain high service availability
- Customer-Driven Collaboration
- Deliver quality outcomes in a customer-centric environment
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software functional testing
Modern Tooling:
- Good to have experience with Python and any experience with Robot Framework and/or Playwright
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with determination and enthusiasm
Methodology
- Experience with Agile processes
- Working knowledge of JIRA
- Strong understanding of:
- SDLC
- STLC
- Defect Lifecycle
- API & Cloud
- Good understanding of Web Services / API testing
- Knowledge of GIT / SVN
- Understanding of Cloud concepts
