Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end corporate ticketing operations for Domestic and International travel bookings.
- Manage PNR creation, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, date changes, voluntary and involuntary amendments.
- Process ticketing requests efficiently while ensuring accuracy and adherence to airline policies.
- Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal stakeholders for fare validation, schedule changes, and operational support.
- Handle complex international itineraries, routing, destination knowledge, and corporate fare structures.
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, operational procedures, and industry updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and provide excellent service support to corporate clients.
- Maintain accuracy in documentation, reporting, and transaction processing.
- Willingness to work in Implant locations as well as Back Office operations based on business requirements.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and handling time-sensitive travel requests.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of corporate ticketing and reservation processes.
- Hands-on experience in Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre.
- Good understanding of international travel regulations, fare construction, and airline rules.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving approach with customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet turnaround timelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Ticketing.
- Experience in handling Domestic & International ticketing operations is mandatory.
- Candidates from corporate travel/ticketing background preferred.
- Graduation preferred.
